I love the location it’s very close to the international airport El Dorado a short taxi journey to the the city centre and the Salitre bus terminal. Reception organise safe taxis if you ask them. Breakfast is of excellent variety with traditional Colombian fare as well as a continental breakfast variety and of course Colombian coffee. As a regular customer the staff got to know us and always deliver excellent service, equally to all other customers. Staff is attentive to customers at all times, very polite and professional service.

Amazing decor at the lobby with recycle materials! as well as the restaurant decoration really nice! Beatles themed. Food was really good as well! Room was also clean and well kept not that small not that big. Hotel is located in a nice area with some other businesses near by. Felt safe.

The lobby art was just beautiful. And they keep some of the theme in the rooms with cards and door signs. They have so many staff on hand you never wait for anything. The food was buffet in the morning. My family enjoyed the stay.

I loved the location very close to the airport and centre of Bogotá good transport links and taxi facility. There is a corner Metro supermarket shop in front of hotel and many restaurants all around the area, the hotel is within a very easy 25 minute walk straight on to the Gran Estacion shopping center lots of shops and a very good WOK restaurant. Great buffet breakfast selection and restaurant facilities, coffee shop where I had the best tropical guanabana smoothie made to order and many more fruits available. Very clean comfortable bedrooms and beds, with excellent shower. daily chambermaid service, some rooms have a beautiful view to the famous Monserrate mountain perched in the Andes where you can see the amazing sunrise 🌅. Staff is very polite and attentive at all times. Internet facility as well as free WiFi. lift etc.

The staff is really friendly and helpfull you guys should be proud! :), breakfast was really good and the food we ordered at night was amazing. The room is small but very nice. Oh and the lobby is so cool.

The staff was very friendly. Loved their breakfast, natural juices and fresh fruits. The bartender made me feel at home... great drinks and good conversation. The lobby is so beautiful. All the art work is made from recycled materials and their restaurant is also awesome.

Very good room & restaurant, interesting lounge. Very close to Agora convention center & 15-20min ride from airport. Nice restuarants in vicinity and short ride to Mall & Attractions (plaza).

Place is clean, staff was great very helpful breakfast is pretty good. Walking distance to the Embassy. What I HATED was that the bathroom sinks where in an open area just facing the beds. The kids like the hotel decor wide didn’t..
